Can’t Jada Pinkett-Smith Lend Her Something Else to Wear?

Former Dawson’s Creek star, better known these days as Mrs. Tom Cruise, seems to be trying to single-handedly bring back the cuffed jeans look, and she may be succeeding now that Rachel Bilson and Amanda Peet are wearing them too.

Since starting rehearsals for her Broadway debut in New York, Holmes has been photographed wearing the same “I’m so focused on my career -not my crazy husband - I don’t have time to change my pants,” pegged jeans ensemble. We’d call these boyfriend jeans, but Tom’s jeans would look like knee-shorts on her. Ouch.

Day five and counting: After a dalliance with black flats and gladiator sandals, Holmes appears to have borrowed daughter Suri’s sparkly red Dorothy shoes to pair with her “mom jeans.” On the plus side: at least she hasn’t repeated the jeans and tights with sandals fug, so this is a half-step (comparatively) in the right direction.
