Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus is spending more time acting up than channeling her TV alter ego these days.  Because being young, uber-rich and super popular, is like, really hard.

First, there were the sort-of-but-not-really provocative camera phone pics.  Then the catty remarks about her ex’s alleged new girlfriend, frenemy Selena Gomez. And of course who could forget the Achy-Breaky spawn’s seductive Vanity Fair cover shot?  Nothing like staging a temper tantrum in front of the whole world.

Her latest Lindsay Lohan-esque move to break away from her G-rated teen queen image: dating Justin Gaston, a 20-year old underwear model.  She’s 15.  Fifteen. Yeah, yeah it’s Hollywood, but it’s still a felony!  Somewhere a Disney exec is pulling out his hair.

At the Country Music Awards, the actress-singer tried to age up her look in a floral Roberto Cavalli gown that she’s about a decade too young to pull off.  And FYI Miles, you’re not fooling anyone. The squick about the difference in ages between you and your boyfriend doesn’t magically disappear when you ditch the Forever 21 gear for remnants from the Joan Collins closet.  Pass the word along to Hayden Panettiere the next time you see her on the red carpet, m’k?

Our other advice: hike up the hemline and show us your shoes, missy!  We can only hope that the actress-singer passed on her penchant for slouchy boots.  A simple, sexy sandal in a metallic would be the perfect accessory to balance the boldness of the gown, like these J.
