Dakota’s Ripe To Pluck Every Plum Teenage Role in the Biz

It seems like just yesterday that War of the Worlds star Dakota Fanning was missing her two front baby teeth and charming us on-screen with her big blue eyes.

At 14, compared with Ali Lohan who’s just a few months older, Dakota still looks like the kind of kid that still has weekend sleepovers.

The hardest working actress in town has been in 30-something movies (seriously, 37 acting credits on IMDB) and had a starring role with Marc Jacobs. Here she is at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association luncheon looking refreshingly age appropriate in a blue Betsey Johnson Teen Vogue strapless dress with a silver kitten heel (the first heels we’ve seen her wear). No threat of a nip slip or flash of thigh in sight. Awww, she really is Hollywood’s little princess.
