Who Needs PMK or Rogers & Cowan When We Have Facebook? Nicely Played DJ!

A sly and Gawker-Stalker obsessed friend of Shoeminx tipped us off a few minutes ago that DJ Samantha Ronson’s Facebook status went from from being “Single” to “In a Relationship”. Hm, isn’t that “It’s Complicated” option still available?

How nice that Facebook’s caught up with every-freaking-tabloid-from-here-to-the-Osaka-Airport. With plug-ins like Facebook Status Updates and Twitter’s so called “killer apps”… who needs a publicist? The profile pic Samantha’s using is of her and Lindsay at LiLo’s birthday at Disneyland last week.

We love the fact that Facebook makes it more “official” than Us Weekly. Way to go Mark Zuckerberg. You’ve shaken Bonnie Fuller’s whole legacy.

In other LiLo news, Lindsay’s leggings have hit the market.

The totally ordinary leggings, “designed” by the actress herself, retail for $99 or more. Though we love that the 6126 Lindsay Lohan Leggings “Mr President” Model (pictured on the left below) have detailing that look like kneepads. This is ever so cheeky, coy and clever and makes us rethink writing off Lindsay as dim. It’s such an surreal and stupid tribute to Marilyn Monroe that it’s genius. Do you think any teengae girls will get this reference?

ShoeMinx Spots> Linsday Lohan on Her Big Non-Toxic Birthday

Lindsay Goes for the Big Zip in Michael Kor’s “Caged” Sandals

Lindsay Lohan was out and about last week in her Michael Kors Black “Berkely” T-Strap Pumps. Can’t say we’re looking at the next Audrey or Grace (we have a general aversion to her leggings-only wardrobe), but her shoes are certainly worth a second look. The huge zippers are what won me over. Score one for the Mean Girl. Maybe clean(er) living does a wardrobe good.

Lindsay probably hasn’t had a non-toxic birthday since she was, like, 12, but she may have finally figured out how to stay out of trouble during her birthday/Fourth of July weekend. After her prom-themed party at Teddy’s on Wednesday night, Lindsay dropped into *temptation-free* Disneyland on Thursday. As Lindsay was in rehab this time last year, good thing she skipped going to Hyde and drinking her weight in champagne. How ironic, ahem, hilarious is this shot of LiLo and DJ Samantha Ronson on the Alice in Wonderland ride? Sapphic love never looked so surreal sweet.
