There’s Something About Anne. And Her Brian Atwood Pumps

The Red Carpet Winning Streak Continues at Madrid Premiere…

Anne Hathaway reads this blog. Or she reads our minds. We’re flattered either way.

We waxed poetic about her recent red-carpet winning streak, specifically pointing out her Brian Atwood ‘Mila’ pumps. And so she wore them again, this time upping her glam game in a stunning Marchesa gown. Can this girl get more gorgeous? I think that’s the challenge she’s given herself. To just keep turning it up a notch until she reaches fashion heaven.

That’s all. We’re off to the salon. Who needs length when you’ve got bounce? Anne is certainly vying for “Style Muse of the Season.”

Bonus points for packing light and sticking with pumps that turn heads. The repeat is not a crime when the shoes are high art.

Anne Hathaway Gets Smart: The Mathematics of Red Carpet Glamour

Anne Hathaway Rocks the Red Dress + Black Pumps Formula

anne-hathaway-pumps

Begin with an actress known more for her fashion on screen than off.

Subtract a good 6 inches of unnecessary hair length. (-)
Subtract sleazy criminal boyfriend. (-)
Add Celebrity Stylist. (+)
Subtract a few pounds (not just in shape of said criminal boyfriend).
Add Steve Carell. (+)
Divide and conquer.

The results? A red-carpet winning streak embodied by the rather lovely-as-of-late Anne Hathaway. She’s rocking a bob that’s all her own, a svelte figure that even Meryl’s Devil would approve, and a style worth emulating. Or at least admiring.

We love seeing her stride in this red Diane Von Furstenberg number, pretty much auditioning for a remake of Roman Holiday while promoting her flick Get Smart. Nicely played, Anne.

Check out those Brian Atwood ‘Mila’ pumps. Looks like the recent romance roadkill did this screen princess some good.
