Christian Dior Spring / Summer ‘09 - Paris Fashion Week
Liv Tyler in attendance at Dior Fashion Show
We all know of some of the more famous hollywood celebrities who make their (semi) permanent residence in France (Brad, Angelina and gang, to name but a few) but nothing quite like Paris Fashion Week to find several 747 loads full of Hollywood’s A-list’ers on the streets of Paris, and of course ShoeMinx is there to capture the strutting - more specifically, the footwear and style.

Liv Tyler, a loyal spokesmodel and covergirl for Givenchy, showed up to the Dior show in these killer Givenchy open-toe booties. Her “Very Irresistable” line of perfume by Givenchy is available on her own website LivTylerWebsite.com - a testament to their ‘quid-pro-quo’ business arrangement.

David Beckham for Armani: The Ego Meets the Undies
Victoria Beckham arrives in San Francisco sporting a Giambattista Valli Handbag and Christian Louboutin Pumps

This was the scene outside Macy’s at Union Square in downtown San Francisco last Friday. Armani unveiled a six story advertisement of Beckham for the new 2008-2009 Autumn/Winter underwear collection. David even stuck around to sign autographs for the first 200 people that picked up a pair of his famous undies. The full-frontal shot is the LA Galaxy star’s first US advert for the Italian underwear giant, with more planned for the future. Becks, who posed on a beach in his underwear for the campaign, was stunned when he attended the official unveiling of the giant billboard.
In a posting on his official blog, Beckham wrote: “Well I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures but last week I went to San Francisco to see the unveiling of the new Emporio Armani campaign I shot a while back. To be honest I was amazed by the huge billboard poster outside Macy’s department store, but even more amazed by the amount of people who turned up to see it!”
Victoria arrived on the scene to support her husband in style. Clearly Posh and Giambattista Valli are tight. She’s often seen with his bags (above) and shoes; in turn, he’s even honored her with her own shoe. These are the pumps that Giambattista Valli created in Victoria’s honor, called “The Victoria Shoe”:
